Q. I found a pattern I really like but it's not available for the scripture tote I want. Can I still order it?
A. Our new shipments come in every 2-3 months and many times the pattern lineup will be completely different. For that reason, we don't take orders for patterns that are out of stock. You're welcome to check back later or subscribe to our newsletter to see our updated inventory when a new shipment arrives.
Q. Why do the patterns differ from one scripture tote and cover to another?
A. Our pattern line is continually changing and because we want to ship your order as soon as possible, we only sell what is currently in stock for that particular item..
Q. Will the pattern I order look exactly the same as the picture?
A. Pretty close. Even our regular patterns will change slightly from order to order. Sometimes the color lineup of the pattern may vary slightly, but the the overall appearance remains largely the same.
Q. How long does it take for you to restock an item in a specific pattern?
A. Because our patterns change with every new shipment, we never know what we're going to receive. If you want a cover with a certain pattern, please check back frequently as our site is updated regularly.
Q. I noticed some very minor imperfections in the material. Is this normal?
A. Please keep in mind that all our "Lamanite" and leather scripture totes and covers are all handmade by artisans in Mexico, Central, and South America. We inspect each and every one to ensure the best quality and functionality. Although it is not very common, you may find a tiny pressure point on the leather or a slight variation of the pattern on the cotton "Lamanite" covers and totes.
Q. What different forms of payment do you accept?
A. Currently we accept all major credit cards, Paypal, and Google Checkout.
Q. How soon is an order shipped once it is placed?
A. Most orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours.
Q. I'm looking for a specific kind of cover/tote that I don't see on your site. Can you find it and add it to your lineup?
A. We're always on the lookout for new scripture products. Every year we're adding new totes to our lineup. If you'd like us to carry something, please e-mail us from our contact page to let us know. We appreciate any new product leads!
